The speaker will be Mr. Anil Babar, Government Affairs Director of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors who will be discussing a host of  local, state and federal topics important to the commercial real estate community, including the business license fee increase and the possible Prop 13 rollback for some commercial real estate.
